Mobilități de scurtă durată

The Erasmus+ program allows students and PhD students to go on a short-term mobility of 5 to 30 days at a partner university or other institution (companies, non-profit organizations, research institutes, etc.)
Basic information about a short-term doctoral mobility
Short-term mobilities can be accessed by two categories of students:
PhD students – 5 to 30 days at a partner university or other institution
bachelor / master students – short-term physical mobility of 5 to 30 days at a partner university or other institution with a mandatory virtual component.
How to find a host organization?
Short-term doctoral mobility is most often carried out as an internship. The host organization can
be either a university or another organization, such as a company, a non-profit organization, an
institution, a research institute, etc. To find the right organization for your mobility, you can use
the list of USAMV partner universities or ask for help from the Erasmus+ Coordinator at your
faculty.
How do I complete the Learning Agreement to benefit from short-term mobility?
Most short-term mobilities are carried out in the form of an internship. This is why the Learning Agreement for Traineeship is used, also applied to long-term traineeships. If a short-term mobility is for studies (ie for the purpose of studying courses and obtaining credits or participating in an Intensive Mixed Program), the Online Learning Agreement will be used – in this case, it is always necessary to consult with the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator.

How to fill in a Learning Agreement for Traineeship
The Learning Agreement for placement is composed of three parts: before the mobility, during the mobility and after the mobility. Before the mobility – must be filled in and signed in full before the start of the internship! This part is completed with the help of the departmental Erasmus+ coordinator. Students in bachelor’s
and master’s programs will also fill in the virtual mobility data, in addition to the physical ones. During the mobility – is used only if there is a change in the content or lenght of the internship. For example, if you are approved to extend the internship from 5 to 15 days. After mobility – is always used and filled in by the host organization shortly before the end of the internship. The completed and signed after mobility section must be delivered in original to the
Erasmus+ Office.
