Monday-Thursday Between 9:00-14:00

Issuance of documents of studies for graduates of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest is carried out as follows:

1. The graduate will inquire at the Documents of Studies Office whether the diploma has been issued and the conditions for issuance are met. The following phone numbers are available: 0756.136.293 0314.334.201

2. In order to collect their diplomas, graduates will be scheduled from Monday to Thursday, between 09:00-14:00;

3. Upon arrival at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (Building A), the graduate must announce his/her presence either in person or through the security guard,

4. If the conditions for issuing the study documents are not met, the diploma cannot be issued and the graduate will receive the necessary information to fulfill these conditions, to be scheduled later.

Documents required for the issuance of the diploma:

 

  • The Departure Clearance Form required for the issuance of the doctoral diploma (download form);
  • Departure Clearance Form (download form);
  • Baccalaureate Diploma;
  • 2 fotografii color 3×4, realizate recent, pe hârtie fotografică; ATENŢIE! nu se aplică pe diplomă fotografii necorespunzătoare;
  • BI/CI in original and copy for Romanian citizens and passport in original, for foreign citizens;
  • Marriage certificate or other document attesting the change of name, if the change occurred after graduation (where applicable)

Documents required for the issuance of the diploma (DID-IFR):

For the issuance of bachelor’s/engineer’s/master’s diplomas, the following documents are required:

  • Cl-original and photocopy copies;
  • original baccalaureate diploma (in case of issuance of bachelor’s/engineer’s diploma);
  • bachelor’s diploma and baccalaureate diploma – originals (in case of issuance of master’s diploma);
  • application form with visa from the DID-IFR secretariat office;
  • 2 recent photos ¾ photographic paper;
  • receipt with payment of the fee in the amount of 150 lei (only for promotions prior to 2010);
  • copy of marriage certificate (if applicable);
  • legalized copy of the court decision to change the name (if applicable).

Documents required for issuing a transcript upon request:

 

The transcript “upon request” can be requested by graduates who took and passed the final exam between June 1983 and February 1996, as diplomas from this period were not accompanied by transcripts.

Documents required to issue the certificate of authenticity of the diploma:

  • Application registered at the University Registry;
  • Legalized copy of the diploma, transcript or supplement to the diploma (originals and xerox copies);
  • BI/CI in original and copy for Romanian citizens and original passport for foreign citizens;
  • Fee payment receipt at the university cashier’s office in the amount of 100 lei;

Documents required to issue a duplicate:

  • 1. In case of loss or destruction of study documents, duplicates can be issued.The documents that must be submitted to the Study Documents Office in order to issue a duplicate for a lost or destroyed study document are:
    • Request registered with the university Registration Office;
    • Written declaration of the document holder, authenticated by a notary public;
    • Birth certificate (original and photocopy);
    • Identity card (photocopy);
    • Two recent photographs, on photographic paper, color, 3×4 cm format (as applicable);
    • Proof of publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part III, of the loss of the document/documents;
    • Receipt for payment of the fee for issuing the duplicate at the university cashier’s office (500 lei).

    2. In case of damage of study documents, duplicates can be issued.

    The documents that must be submitted to the Academic Records Office in order to issue a duplicate of a damaged academic record are:

    • Request registered with the University Registration Office;
    • The original damaged academic record;
    • Birth certificate (original and photocopy);
    • Identity card (photocopy);
    • Two recent photographs, on color photographic paper, 3×4 cm format (as applicable);

    • Receipt for payment of the fee for issuing the duplicate at the university cashier’s office (500 lei).

    The issuance of a new academic record is made based on the Rector’s Decision, within 30 days from the issuance of the decision to issue the duplicate.

    *The submission of the documents provided for by law to the institution can be carried out by the holder of the document in question or by his/her authorized representative.

Who are the study documents issued to?

  • A study document is issued to:
  • the holder upon presentation of the identity document (BI/CI) or passport (original and copy) and, where applicable, the Departure Clearance Form showing that the holder has no debts to the institution;
  • the legal representative (with the obligation to present the identity document -BI/CI, original and copy);
  • on the basis of a power of attorney authenticated by a notary, which expressly states that he or she can collect study documents;
  • on the basis of a notarial power of attorney/Letter of Empowerment with a Hague apostille or legalized, in the case of Romanian or foreign citizens with domicile/residence abroad.
  • A study document is issued to the holder/authorized person upon presentation of the identity document (BI/CI) or passport and, as the case may be, the Departure Clearance Form showing that the holder has no debts to the institution;
  • A graduate residing abroad may issue study documents through the embassy (consulate) of the respective country in Romania or the embassy (consulate) of Romania in his/her country of residence;
  • Study documents completed and not collected due to the death of the holder may be issued to a family member (1st or 2nd degree ascendant or descendant), based on a request approved by the Administration Board, accompanied by a legalized copy of the death certificate and a declaration on his/her own responsibility regarding the reasons invoked for collecting these study documents.
