HRS4R – Human Resources Strategy for Researchers

In 2023, the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest joined the principles of the European Researchers Charter and the Code of conduct for recruiting researchers. USAMV Bucharest has assumed the implementation of “HR Strategy for Researches – HRS4R” – an approach based on the continuous evaluation of the application of the 40 principles of the Charter and the European Researchers. On November 15, 2024, the documents of the first stage were transmitted, in order to analyze and confer our university, from the European Commission, the certification “HR Excellence in Research Award”, which will be both a recognition of the progress made in the implementation of the 40 principles, as well as a commitment for the continuation and extension of the European standards.
