Regulation on access and road and pedestrian traffic

Access fees:
General access:
- The car access fee for the Agronomy – Herăstrău campus is 5 lei/2 hours.
- The car access fee for the Veterinary Medicine – Cotroceni campus is 6 lei/hour.
- Lost ticket or leaving the campus without a ticket: 50 lei.
Free time (the time after which the driver will be charged from entering the premises): 30 minutes - Time to leave the campus (the time the driver will be able to leave the premises after paying): 20 minutes
Categories of users and the amount of car access fees:
- Taxa de acces auto pentru campusul Agronomie – Herăstrău este în valoare de 5 lei/2 ore.
- Taxa de acces auto pentru campusul Medicină Veterinară – Cotroceni este în valoare de 6 lei/oră.
- Employees, lessees (tenants), partners and collaborators of USAMV Bucharest (including ASE employees) have the opportunity to pay an annual car/vehicle access fee to the campus in the amount of 120 lei.
USAMV Bucharest students who have a place to stay in the dormitory have the opportunity to pay an access fee for each academic year for a single car in the Agronomy – Herăstrău campus and the Veterinary Medicine – Cotroceni campus in the amount of 120 lei/ academic year, non-refundable fee - ASE students who have a place to stay in the dormitory have the opportunity to pay a car access fee for each academic year for a single car in the Agronomy – Herăstrău campus in the amount of 120 lei/ academic year, non-refundable fee
USAMV Bucharest students who do not live in the dormitories of the Agronomy – Herăstrău or Veterinary Medicine – Cotroceni campus will pay a car access fee per academic year in the amount of 120 lei/ academic year, non-refundable fee - Monthly subscription in the amount of 300 lei/month, for all other categories of people who do not fall into one of the categories from para. (1)-(4).
- USAMV Bucharest subscriptions are intended exclusively for campus third parties with a daily flow of cars.
- The calendar year is the period defined between January 1 and December 31.
- The academic year is the period between October 1 and September 30.


Access with pets, dogs and cats, is allowed on the university campus
For everyone’s safety and the protection of green spaces, please respect:
- Keep animals on a leash at all times.
- Collect and dispose of animal waste properly.
- Do not allow damage to the green space.
- Avoid training activities or disturbing games.
Dogs that are part of breeds considered dangerous, according to art. 1 of GEO no. 55/2002 regarding the keeping of dangerous or aggressive dogs, must wear a muzzle for the entire duration of their presence on campus.
Research activities and maintenance of green spaces are carried out on the university campus. Some areas may be subject to phytosanitary treatments.
The institution does not assume responsibility for incidents arising as a result of non-compliance with these rules.
Pet owners must present, at the request of designated responsible employees, the animal’s health card, which certifies that it is vaccinated and dewormed, according to the legislation in force.
