Official visit to USAMV Bucharest of the Italian Embassy

The University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest had the pleasure of receiving a visit from a delegation of the Italian Embassy, consisting of 🇮🇹 H.E. Mr. Raffaele de Lutio, Ambassador, representative of Federalimentare (Italian Foodstuff Manufacturers Association) and Mr. Federico Mozzi, Head of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Italian Embassy.

The meeting represented a continuation of the dialogue started last year, targeting topical topics such as Nutri-Score nutritional labeling and agri-food policies at European level.

We thank Prof. Dr. Toma Dinu (FMDR) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ilie Dumitru (FIGPA) for their valuable contributions to this discussion.

The open dialogue between academia and diplomatic and economic representatives contributes to the consolidation of international expertise in the agri-food field.
