This distinction is awarded to organizations with intensive research activity that demonstrate a genuine and sustained commitment to the implementation of the 20 principles of the European Charter for Researchers.
The process of obtaining the award is a long-term, voluntary, structured and periodically audited one, being based on evaluation cycles every three years, which include gap analysis and clearly defined action plans.
